My goal in entering this industry is to provide an affordable, memorable experience for my clients. I hope to serve families, expecting mothers, kids, seniors, and anything else you can throw at me.
I am a born and raised northern Minnesota native. Growing up with six older siblings I can tell you that ambition and hard work are definitely part of my vocabulary. Ever since middle school, I had always wanted to go into photography. I used to steal my sister's camera and sneak up under the bird feeder to try and get the perfect shot. I used to fill my mom's phone storage with pictures upon pictures of flowers from her garden.
As I got older that dream was put on a back burner, and after graduating high school, I pursued a degree in Accounting. After my second year of college, I married the love of my life, now we share two beautiful children and have a life of chaos and joy. Now that I've settled into life, and although I love being a stay-at-home mom, I realized I needed to do something for myself. So here was born Rachelle J Photography, the birth of a long-forgotten dream finally growing into a reality.
I love the usual northern Minnesota activities; fishing, four-wheeling, camping, hunting, and anything outdoors. Although I love drowning myself in blankets and delving into a nice long book, my perfect evening would be making delicious buttery popcorn and watching a movie with my husband.
